Garlic Parmesan Buffalo Cauliflower

SuperBowlSnacks1

I’m not a vegetarian, but I definitely like to eat my vegetables and substitute meats with vegetables from time to time. Here I’ve replaced chicken with cauliflower. It’s texture makes for a pretty good meat replacement. With garlic and parmesan added to the sauce this will please even the meat eaters. It’s really simple. Try it out.
